Analysing the social media output from five burger brands

Social media is the lifeblood of any consumer brand, and successful brands have sophisticated social media strategies to target new audiences and communicate with existing customers. 

To understand how competitors within an industry use language and tone of voice to differentiate themselves on social media, we compared and analysed tweets from popular fast food chains.

This form of competitor benchmarking gives unique insight into the social media space within an industry, leading to improved and intuitive marketing strategies for brands in that sector.
