Free Trial – Terms and Conditions

The Free Trial is an opportunity for you to use the Relative Insight Explore text analysis platform (“Platform”) free of charge for a limited period.

By using the Free Trial, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Trial Terms”), along with Relative Insight’s master terms and conditions (“Master Terms”) available here for US customers and here for other customers, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you upload personal data to the Platform, our DPA will also apply.  Your attention is drawn to the sections in bold together with the section in bold below.

The Free Trial will begin on the date that you accept the Free Trial offer, and, regardless of whether you use the Platform, will expire at the end of the Free Trial.

Relative Insight, in its sole and absolute discretion, may change or modify the Trial Terms (including early termination of the Free Trial at any time for any reason) and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Relative Insight website.

Relative Insight shall not under any circumstance be liable to you for any reason during the Free Trial unless such exclusion of liability is unenforceable under applicable law, in which case, Relative Insight’s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Relative Insight from all liabilities, damages, claims, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, relating to or arising out of your use of the Free Trial but not limited to any loss of data you may experience following discontinuance of the Free Trial for any reason.

If you do not agree to be bound by the Trial Terms as last revised, do not use/continue to use the Free Trial.

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Trial Terms and the Master Terms, the Trial Terms shall prevail.
