Data Support
We realise that sometimes our customers need help with data, and to support this we have a dedicated Data Ops team who can advise and provide support.
This support can include working with our Customer Success team to help with identifying the most suitable data sources for a given project, manipulating data to make it ready for analysis, through to helping with data integrations.
How it works
Access to the Data Ops team will be dependent on the subscription level, and will be limited in the following ways.
Type of Project
- Competitor Analysis – within a Project, the Data Ops team will support clients with the data for their brand and for up to four competitor brands.
- Geographical Analysis – within a Project, the Data Ops team will support with the data for up to five geographical locations.
- Data Source Analysis – within a Project, the Data Ops team will support with the data from one data source.
It should be noted that the Data Ops team can only support customers in one of these areas and they cannot be combined together.
