As a business development executive, you will be working as part of our lead generation team. You will become an expert in the Relative Insight platform and will know how to articulate its value and position it in the market to potential clients.
Partnered with Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for using all channels to generate opportunities from LinkedIn through to events and using marketing collateral.
Once you have qualified an opportunity, it would be your responsibility to qualify the prospect and see how good of a fit they could be for us before handing over to your BDM to run the demo and continue the sales process.
We’re on the lookout for a new Account Coordinator to help our wonderful account management function. This role is integral to the current team and involves helping to support our agency or brand clients with onboarding, training and retention.
More strategically, you will be assisting on the entire nose-to-tail client experience, helping the team to drive client usage of our platform and creating a seamless experience across all aspects of the service.
In this role, you will also get a small number of clients to manage in order to help develop your own commercial abilities.
This person will be tasked with one main objective – to improve and shape our ability to tell stories using our tool in order to address potential customers use cases and/or inspire them to think about how Relative could progress their business and ultimately increase our close rate and average order value.
This will include but not be limited to joining prospect meetings, understanding or ideating around potential use cases – working with the data and CS teams and producing reports and working in the tool.
You will be responsible for the entire nose to tail client experience, for driving value for the client and making sure their experience across all touch points is top class. Lastly you will also have a commercial element to your role in that you will look for ways to expand the spend, user base and usage within all of your accounts.
