Conversations on Coronavirus – webinar and demo

We’ve analyzed millions of conversations about coronavirus for our clients, and we know, only too well, about the sheer volume of coronavirus content that’s out there.

So for a broad perspective, and for our penultimate report, we analyzed conversations from a diverse section of our client brandsAmazon, Butlin’s, Formula 1, H&M, HSBC, John Lewis & Partners, Nespresso and Sky – and as usual for these reports we analyzed language data from consumer forums, as conversations there tend be longer form and more involved than on social channels such as Twitter.

Join James Cuthbertson, Relative’s CRO for a useful half hour session where he will explain more about the concept of comparing language, and take a deeper dive into our comparison over time research.

Through comparative text analytics, trends will emerge that you won’t have thought of, unnoticed nuances in conversation will become crucial, and ‘unknown unknowns’ will have the power to shape new strategies – all crucial in this time of crisis.

Join the session:
Thursday, June 11
3 – 3:30pm (BST) /10 – 10:30 (ETD)

Alternatively, let us know if you’d like a private 1:1 session which we can tailor to your individual business or sector.
